Payment and Refund Policy

Payment Policy:

For workshops and 1:1 session, unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due in full for the scheduled session within 72 hours of booking the session. If payment is not received, the session or place in the workshop will be cancelled.

Payment can be made through Direct Bank Transfer or credit cards can be used at an additional cost (2.2% surcharge).

Refund Policy:

  • There are no refunds available on single sessions or workshops if cancelled within 48 hours prior to commencement of the session or workshop.
  • For 1:1 coaching, a full refund is available after the first session if you decide not to continue. For all following sessions, no refund is applicable. However, you must advise me within 24 hours of the initial session. Failure to do so will result in that cost for the first session at the prevailing rate (single session rate) being deducted from the refund.
  • Transfer of coaching sessions are non-transferable unless agreed prior.


If you are late for an appointment please understand that respecting following clients, we may still need to finish at the agreed time. However if you have not made yourself available within 20 minutes of our agreed start time I will presume you have cancelled.
