It is World Mental Health Day 2018. It is time to continue the conversation and change the way we see mental health.
Going through any mental health condition isn’t easy. It was only 12 months that I was in some really bad places, and I was lucky enough to have the right support at the right time. I will never stop in working to help others in the space of mental health. There is so much we can do to prevent mental health issues, but we need to educate, we need to learn and, ultimately, we need to change the way we see mental health.
Every person has an opportunity to change, you’ve just got to stand up, learn, and make the first step forwards to a healthier mind.
